Integrated Robotics has
developed three standard platforms for
robotic welding offering specialty and
contract manufacturers the flexibility they
need with pricing previously found only in
factory built systems for designed mass production.
Each SPARC System model
is a two station welding system featuring
full featured ABB robot, and Miller Auto-Axcess
power supply, and Binzel Torch as standard.
Shipped fully integrated, ready to weld with
little to no assembly.
Offering the ultimate
in flexibility, each customer has the
ability to choose from a large list of
standard options such as fixturing,
automation, welding equipment from ESAB or
Fronius, or customers can specify a specific
product or option of their choosing. SPARC
Systems can also be configured for TIG
welding, allowing contract fabricators the
ability to maintain their customers
specifications for TIG processing and
benefit from the quality, consistency and
efficiency of robotic automation.
Dual work stations
allow a variety of production modes and
production change over can be accomplished
in step with the welding process. Offline
programming can be done utilizing ABB’s
RobotStudio also minimizing the length of
time needed to create new part programs.
